Ultimate Ninjas, a national franchise offering obstacle course gyms for kids and adults, needed help capturing the high-energy, fun-filled atmosphere of their gyms in their marketing materials. While their classes were thriving, their birthday party hosting service was underperforming, leaving untapped potential for increased revenue. They needed a clear, engaging tone that would excite parents and highlight the unique benefits of hosting a party with Ultimate Ninjas.
I collaborated with the Ultimate Ninjas team, including Actual American Ninja Warrior Pro Athletes, to fully understand their brand and audience. Drawing on these insights, I developed a tone that was equal parts engaging and informative, emphasizing the physical and mental benefits of their parties. I created a series of targeted emails for parents whose children attended classes but hadn’t yet booked a party, showcasing the dynamic, confidence-boosting fun Ultimate Ninjas could provide.
Although the partnership ended before full data could be collected, the Ultimate Ninjas team was very happy with the new email campaign content. The materials provided them with a fresh, branded voice and a strategic way to promote their birthday party services to a highly relevant audience. The campaign laid the groundwork for increased awareness and revenue growth in their party hosting services.
